We handle the entire submission process for you, including the required PSA handling fee. The service cost is $45, plus $2 per card submitted. Clients can choose to have their graded cards shipped back to them or picked up directly from our office. If you do not have the necessary supplies (such as penny sleeves and card savers), we can provide them for a materials and handling fee of $5.
All cards must be placed in penny sleeves and card savers before submission. If you do not have the proper materials, simply bring your cards as they are—we can supply the necessary items for a flat $5 materials and handling fee.
The turnaround time depends on the PSA service level selected. We typically recommend the Bulk/Value service for most submissions. While PSA’s estimated timeline for Trading Card Game Bulk service is around 65 business days (about 3.25 months), our experience shows that orders are often completed within 1.5–2 months, depending on the size of the submission.
No, there is no minimum number of cards required to submit with us. However, we encourage clients to review the bulk submission options available through PSA’s grading services, as larger submissions may qualify for better per-card rates. Please note that larger orders may require additional time for PSA to complete grading, which can extend the turnaround time.
